I have the same problem with the upper seat hitting the D loop there's a plastic cover that they come with but they fall off I tried reinstalling them but the right side came off again. The left side I used a long tie wrap after reseat the plastic piece that coves the d ring. I will try to tie wrap the right side down after reseat the plastic cover. This seems to happen if you lift the rear seat if you have the under seat storage unit.

it might be bouncing on the stop. Mine is fine going down the road, but when I hit a small bump, it has a dead thud rattle, like the seat is bouncing on whatever it is that's keeping it up. Have you tried driving with the seat in the up position to see if it still rattles? I'll try mine at lunch today and see if that stops it.

Mine developed this and I took it in and made them fix the hinge under warranty. The seatback shouldn't have movement when the seat is up or down, that's the way they come new.

I had also developed a noise coming from what I thought was the rear pillar that was every time I hit a bump in the road, driving my crazy and I was pulling everything apart looking for it. Thought it had something to do with the seat movement but turned out to be in the lock mechanism in the rear door.

Making the interior so quiet is almost a catch-22, every little thing can drive you mad :)

If you have a 2014 crew cab built around 5/1/14 like mine was it has a black plastic u shaped piece that snap down from the top down. You have to look down behind the upper rear seat that you should see it. If you can move the upper seat then those pieces are missing. I just wish mine will stay on I just pop them in place with seat on and ther's no room I used a small pry bar or a big screw driver.
