deformed boot on ball joint

I had Network Alignment install my RC 2" leveling kit then do the alignment. I just noticed that the boot on my lower control arm ball joint is all deformed. I can't say for sure it wasn't deformed before the shop did the work, but I definitely didn't see it when I was checking everything out when I got my new truck home. Anyway here it is:

The boot is inverted in on itself most of the way around it.

Is this no big deal? Or should I take it back to Network? Is this something they could have caused?

Just seems to me that the boot will fail quickly this way. Then the ball joint is toast soon thereafter.

No, it looks normal. I should've taken a picture of it while I was under there. Update: So I took the picture of the "normal" side for posterity:

Hen I would bring it back and ask what happened to the dust cover. They clearly are not suppose to look this way and your concerns are just of premature wear.

Thanks guys. I did take it back (I can't find a fitting) and the guys there looked at it and said its no big deal. They said it looks like it is sealed up good which is all that matters.

They also told me they did not disconnect that ball joint to install the RC 2" kit. That surprised me but these guys seemed to know what they were talking about.

Anyway I'll just keep an eye on that boot once in a while. Maybe my first LOF at the dealership I can get their opinion too. Maybe they'll know where the fitting is!
