Bottom headlight fogged up?

I just picked my 14 Z71 LTZ Crew cab yesterday and I got it home to see the bottom headlights were basically completely fogged out. This morning it's cleared up about half way. I'm wondering if it's because of the clean up at the dealer? I know it's warm back there and it's about 15 degrees right now here lol. Anyone else have this issue?
