2000 Chevy Suburban Engine Swap

Guys,

 

Need some help. I'm thinking of swapping my aging LM7 engine in my 2000 Chevy Suburban to a LS327/327 engine. Has anyone on this forum done this. Not sure if I do this if the ECU would have to be reprogramed.

You can go get a LQ4 or LQ9 used with under 75k miles for like no more than 1500 (expensive around me, I know). Maybe rebuild it and have it put out a bit more power and have some real fun...
