2014 Speaker Sizes?

I'm looking to replace the front speakers with components and add a sub to my 2014 Denali crew. Does anyone know what size the factory speakers are (dash and doors)? I'm looking for replacements that won't require any cutting. Ideally I'm hoping to fit some JL Audio 6.5" component speakers in the doors with the tweeters in the dash.
Any ideas on how to know what size components will fit before I make the purchase?

Thanks in advance.

you will probably be hard pressed to find a direct fit speaker. I had my local shop put 6.5 JL components up front and 5.5 jl coax in the rears and they had to cut custom mdf speaker brackets to make it work. Any reputable audio shop with make the brackets and install the speakers for about $50 a pair

so to answer your question no cutting of the truck was required but adapters were needed to mount the speakers

oh and be warned you will probably be disappointed with the sound from a straight speaker swap. the stock head unit puts some funny eq curves on the output signal to try and compensate for the crappy stock paper speakers so you will need a aftermarket processor that does line summing to really make the new speakers sing. I haven't added one yet but i am looking at Rockfords 3sixty or JBL MS-8.

same here...installed some Rockford Fosgate Punch 6.5 components in the front and 6.5 Punch coax in the back. The sound has improved drastically, however the OEM amp cannot power these speakers all the way. Old paper speakers played louder, however the new ones deliver much better quality sound. I will probably have to add an amp at some point...

The OEM paper speakers should have been a part of the Work Truck trim, not the LT or Z71 :(

BTW, I thought DENALI comes with the BOSE setup that should be somewhat better...

I am guessing 6.5 inch, normally Crutchfield will state what's needed but they are vague about this one.
