2011 Sierra electrical/elecronic? problem

Hope someone can help me. I bought a 2011 Sierra (single cab/...big 6/...2 wheel drive...no electric windows), new. Here we go. It's at the dealer for the 2nd time within 1.5 weeks since the following symptoms began. Airbag icon flashing...text that says service air bag but alternates with service theft deterrent and 1 other one I can't remember... speakers go on and off with a loud static burst intermittently (this happens after key is pulled. too)...no clock digital readout...fan stayed on after I pulled the key...several icons remain on...vehicle will not start...waited an hour, the 2nd time and drove 25 minutes to the dealer...turned the key off...truck started...the 1st time at the dealer the truck would not start when I turned it off...they pushed it into the bay...they replaced an airbag module?...I checked all the recalls on the net and did not find a similar scenario...do I win a prize?...thanx, Bill
