High Pitched Beep Tone from Brake/Gas Pedals

Does anyone hear a high pitched noise when either pressing or releasing their gas or brake pedal? I can only hear mine when the radio is quiet or not on. It only makes the tone when the pedals are moved. So if I had my foot on the gas and not moving, there's no noise. But if I move it the slightest amount, I can hear a high pitched, quiet set of beep sounds until I stop moving it. It's almost like the pedals are sending some sort of signal that I can hear. Thoughts?

And no, I can't say I've heard any beeps from the accel. pedal. on any of the 14s I've driven
