MyLink fixed but tech was as dumb as a rock

Ok called dealer and my truck was ready .yes I called the dealer ever called me ! ....remember my radio won't pause on FM stations .... Was told by the Asm that the tech told him the mylink does not pause on Fm only on XM .....so oh course I said in the large sarcastic voice...seems the loaner truck u gave me must be the only one in the world that does pause Fm stations then ....I went straight to the dealer to get my truck and low and behold the tech flashed the radio with newest software....now mylink works ..... So he never tested it against another vehicle what a moron....
