GM Warning Light Package

So Parts Zone Online has the Warning Light Package available and I was just wondering what it was?  Is it just the hazard light flashers or is it more of an alternating flashing similar to police lights?  I think that'd be cool to have

Interesting.  I've always wondered about some strobes in the tailights or front markers.  I know our new '03 cruisers have them at work.
