Congrats. But FYI- LOA (Lights of America) is known to experts in the lighting industry as the cheapest of cheapness and we avoid them at all cost. Hopefully their reliability has improved because their T12 stuff always sucked. Running a jumper is very easy and inexpensive, You can use an old extension cord, or simply buy some extra romex type wire from the hardware store for $3.00. That's what I did for my 2 F32T8 high output fixtures and the 2 wall mounted F40T12 fixtures. I wanted to use up some of the old extension cord I had cut up a few years back and saved for some project down the road. This ended up being that project. If I wanted it to look pretty, I would have used white colored wires instead of the orange that most extension cords have on the outer layer. But hey, neatness doesn't count when it comes to lighting in my garage. Just that it works and works good. Get some photos of what you have, I'd be very interested in seeing them.

I bought the pre wired (plug into outlet) ones from Costco. I had switched light fixtures that I converted into outlets.

 

I thought I would need a bunch but four was more than enough for a 30 x 20 garage. Not the best pic but you get the idea...

Thanks, but I tried more reply options etc with no luck. I have even hit the reply to topic at the top of the page. Also with no luck. I can post pictures anywhere else on site so no idea...

Picture option is there, but you'll have to upload the photo to a photo hosting site then get the URL to that photo

Thanks for the attempted help guys but for some reason I don't get that option on my iPad for this thread. Like I said I know how and I have option elsewhere just not this one.

No. I just cant assist because i do not own an ipad or iphone and havent had much experience with Safari. I dont think i have used any apple device to post here.

Sorry I did not see your Post back in Jun... the Lights of America LED Shop Lights from Sam's Club have rave reviews from most people for the past two or more years. I do know they were charged with falsely stating some of their light output ratings several years ago. These fixtures are pretty well made - for the money. I put my first shop light over the work bench a couple years ago - I don't think I've ever bothered turning it out. So far it is bright as ever..

 

I'm very pleased with them - lots of light even on the sides of the cars.. All for around $400.00 and a couple hours work.

 

This is with only the one light over the work bench and the bulbs in the garage door openers on. Then with all six rows on... then you can see them mounted in the last picture.
