Stall converter questions

What would be a good stall for a stock 4l60e? I want to get off the line quicker. Only mods are intake and blackbear. I was thinking 2600-3600. I still want good drivability as it is my daily driver. What are some cons to a stall? Will it have to rev to 2600-3600 in order to move or shift? Will it drive the same?

If you put a high stall converter on 4l60e stock you will nuke the 1st sprag or sunshell. I know nothing about high stall converters but I know quite a bit about the 60e and people who break them. If it is built, then someone else please chime in with reccommendations.
