OGM1 and 4th gen iPod touch

My OGM1 can see, charge and control my 2 iphone 4s's, iPod Classic and ipad air but it will not charge or see my 4th gen iPod touch, I am running the latest software for everything, any ideas.

You have a new cable? I know sometimes Apple devices get weird if you use an older cable. The one I had in my truck from my iPhone 5 caused the 5S to make a skipping sound when I used it. Swapped cables and relegated the old one to charging duty at home and put a newer one in the truck and all is well.

So are you asking if I have a new Advent J-link cable

I would try a genuine Apple USB cable from the iPod to the USB hub. Apple devices can be finicky about non-apple cables.

Ditto on the new cable idea - if it works on the other devices, you know the USB input and the deck itself are good. Could be the iPod, but the cable is the place to start first.

We'll tried three different Apple cords, none of them worked with the iPod in the truck, but all three cords worked on my computer and on the wall wart with the iPod in the house, that J-link cables has been a pain in the a$$ since I got it, it is so stiff that I can hang onto the cord 4 inches from the iPod and it'll stick straight out. I might have to buy another jailing cable.
