Adjustable Pedal Issues

Is this the pedal assembly you are referring to?

Do you have some info, or are you just posting a picture? Mine has the same motor style, cable drive to the accelerator. Looks pretty close if not it.

Old topic but I have the same problem now. Anyone solved this issue? My pedals move in and out about 1/2" That is it. They are stuck in the center of the travel band.

You have a cracked gear where the drive gear from the adjustment motor meets the rod

fpr the brake extender. 3 T-25 screws allow you to access this. You can manually adjust the brake pedal to where you want for

now. Use the power to adjust the gas pedal, but don’t bring it forward too far. It doesn’t automatically stop. You’ll have to realign it and get it back in... not too hard. Don’t know if you can get the plastic gear or need the whole motor.

Perhaps the seat position effects the peddle position. Have you tried moving the seat? What is the issue with the peddles? Do you need them closer? Do you need them further away?
