Thinking about buying 1999 Seirra need help

Ok so I'm thjnknf about buying this truck he's asking 1500 (Likley offer him less) so trucks not bad condition it's 5 speed 4 wheel drive 4.8 anyway so I took it for a drive and there's a cracking and pooping you can feel under floor boards more on passenger side it's only when speeding up and once the truck gets over 1500 rpms it stops then you shift drops back below 15 noise starts again and also it feels like there a misfire and no power till over 1500 rpms, takes off easily though and shifts fine just this noise and sometimes feels labouring until revved up

Check the brake lines if the truck came from any place they use salt on the roads.

 

If they haven't been replaced yet the truck is probably due for a sudden brake failure when a line explodes if my '99 was anything like the rest of them.

I love in pei so lots of salt in the winters lol but all new lines on it brakes seem fine no scraping or jolting when braking just this noise and you can feel it under the floors
