flexplate?

I was under my truck the other day listening to the clicking noise. For the longest time I thought I was liftera but now I think otherwise. The sound is coming from the bell housing on the tranny. I think it is a bad flex plate. Sound is there at idle and when coming off of revs but is mostly quiet when in gear either moving or sitting still.

Does my diagnosis seem correct to you all? The truck is an 04 2500HD with 6.0L and the 4L80e.

Ive seen a few flexplates crack. Anythings possible.
