I believe they could still arrest him for receiving stolen goods, I believe I would have to drive down there and get my car what are they gonna do arrest him for taking his own car.

That's what I think. Look up the address, maybe you have to follow him somewhere. He steps away, break the window and hot wire. What are cops going to do, arrest you for stealing your own car?

 

He could probably hire a repo company, to "tow" his car, since he has the title.

Would be hilarious if the the key's still matched the door's and ignition cylinder. Then I would assume one could hop right in and take off with all paper work in hand showing proof of ownership!
