Camera Disabled - Lane / Collision warning system

Anyone else having issues with an error that states, "Camera needs Service" and then the lane / collision system is disabled?

 

Dealer is trying to resolve but becoming more hassle than it's worth. Frustrating to pay for almost a $1k option that doesn't work not to mention all the time wasted. To top it off GM Customer Care isn't much help.

Nope, mine works fine and I leave the lane departure crap off all the time.
