Stripped Allen screw on encoder motor

I got a stripped allen screw on my encoder motor, any advice on what I should do?

If it's Allen hex and it's the hex that's stripped, take a bigger Allen hex key and grind a slight taper to the six sides until it will start into the hex then pound it in.
