tailgate lock

anyone install the tailgate lock from jpcustoms. i just ordered one but i probably should of asked around first. any advice, or concerns with the product?

It's the Bully Lock, works great.

if anyone cares, i highly recommend the bully lock. it actually has a regular sized key and install wasnt bad.

I know for a fact that Jason uses all of the products he sells and if they don't meet his requirements he won't sell them.

I bought one when they first came out in 2000 or so. The only thing I didn't like was the bezel didn't fit as flush to the tailgate as the OEM. It left a small gap all the way around the bezel. I ended putting rubber trim around the outside of the bezel and it worked pretty good and didn't look to bad.  The lock mechanism was well made.
