LED blinker causing other lights to flash

i bought some LED blinker lights and when i install them and turn on the blinker it makes the other lights flash. the bulbs i got are 15 smd LEDs. there's 2 rings of 6 and the top has 3. what would normally be the dimmer filament is the bottom circle of LEDs and what would be the brighter filament is all 15. when i turn on the left blinker all 15 flash on the front left (like it should) but the bottom ring on the front right bulb and the back running lights flash. even the tag lights are flashing. they are all 3157 bulbs except the tag lights. i also installed the resistor to stop the hyper flash but all the other lights still flash regardless if the resistor is there or not. does anyone know whats causing this? any help is appriciated.

doing a little research here with the bulbs and a 9v battery I've found that there's 4 ways (2 per filament) that the led bulb will light up but the regular bulb only has 2 ways (1 per filament).

so i'm thinking that the reason that the other lights are blinking because they are back feeding on the wire to the running lights. so my plan is to put some 4004 diodes in the line to see if that will correct the issue.
