They're painted. Grill I got off ebay and was just as you see in the pic. Bumper I got from GM Parts. com I believe. It was primer and painted by my local body shop to match.

 

The grill is that pic you quoted is no longer on the truck. The one in my sig is.

The bumper all said and done came to about $800. Shipping was a killer at $200

I'll have to chk but if I recall the grill was about $300

They are bullet lined. Another company not linex also the fender flares are linexd now.

Just bought. 2015 all terrain with 7400 miles. Now to change a few things. First job is paint correct and coated with crystal syrium in next week or so
