2014 Sierra/silverado 5.3 3rd cat delete?

Just wondering if anyone with a 2014 sierra or silverado 5.3 has done the 3rd cat delete? Did it effect drone any? And do you have a cat back on with the 3rd cat delete? Thanks a lot

  Decided to check for updates for my 2021 Silverado 1500, and the system showed no updates available. When I checked the build number, it looks like it hasn't been updated since it was new. Does this look like I'm missing a ton of updates? Thanks
