06 2500HD Trailer lights

I need my trailer tomorrow so hooked it up to the PU to check brakes, lights, etc.

I have No running lights on the trailer.

I checked the plug-in under the bumper with VOM and everything works except the running lights.

Is there a fuse somewhere?

All lights on the PU work fine.

If it matters the PU does have the factory trailer tow package and is 4X4.
