posi rear hopping or binding on tight turns

im having (I think) a rear end issue on tight turns. I live down town and they don't plow our back alley where I park. in the snow and ice recently after the rear tires spin and I assume the posi rear locks, when I get to the main road the truck will hop on tight turns initially, then seems to be fine after driving a bit. has anyone else experienced this and is it an issue? ive only noticed it in 2wd, though I haven't yet needed 4wd much.

truck is a 2011 crew cab sierra all terrain 6.2. only mods are rc 2" level and ready lift 3" block. 25,000 miles

This happened all the time on my 08 Silverado. Never found the direct cause of it, when it locks up like that I always found after driving a short distance it is back to normal.

I think that's about normal for the G80 rear end. My 98 would sometimes act similar in the rain. I actually didn't feel it lock if I was in snow or loose ground like mud. I would only feel it on asphalt. I haven't felt anything like that in my '14 even though it also has the G80 but maybe since it's only 3.08 gears that it's harder to feel than the 3.73s in my 98.

The '97 2500 would stay locked, if you stayed on the throttle at all. My 2006 lets go as soon as I let off the gas. So I guess it depends on the pickup.
