How to remove window sills

I have been looking and have found no video or tutorial. Yes I have searched the site. I have seen that there is a screw behind the weather striping and one in the front. Is the one in the front under the door panel?

Are you talking about the chrome/black trim under the window on the outside of the truck?

I would like to know this as well! I want to replace the chrome just below the window on the outside of the truck. Thanks for the help!

So, we took a really thin piece of metal "a flimsy long putty knife" and bent it up on itself enough to wrap around the clip and unclip it. We then pulled up on the tool and the trim to remove it one clip at a time starting at the screw side. We got all of them out without breaking a single clip.
