Question? - Rocker Panel Wiring Access

Got a question for some of the forum members here....

Q? = Is it possible to chase/run wiring inside of the rocker panel (RP) and access it from the inside the interior, i.e. around the kick panels?, floor, etc., and without drilling holes in the rocker panels?

Background

I am contemplating installing some small puddle/pod lights above the side steps to provide additional ground illumination when unlocking and opening the doors much like the existing puddle light on the bottom side of the side view mirrors do.

To do this, I want to use the 3-plugged holes on the bottom side of the rocker panels but I am uncertain if I can fish/access the wiring for the lights through the inside of the rocker panels, i.e. feed wiring into the cab of the truck without drilling holes.

Without tearing the interior down, pulling kick panels, rocker panel covers and pulling up/back carpets, I'm wondering if anyone here in the forum knows if it is possible to run wire through the inside of the rocker panels into the cab of the truck.

Reference

The attached photo shows in the reflection one of the three plugs I'm referring to using as the mounting holes for the puddle lights.
