Couldn't pass up sharing this act of stupidity. This guy in a ford lightning was trying to carry what looked like about a ton or so of bagged cement down the interstate. I saw the truck on the shoulder with the $ss end on the ground and both back tires and wheels where chewed all to He11. This guy had the bags stacked well above the bed in this truck. :flag:

I'll bet that is going to be an expensive fix, he should be a Darwin award winner on that one. :flag:

Where was this, Varmint?  295?

Yesterday, a ditch-witch fell off a trailer on 360 (Varmint knows what I'm talking about) and caused somebody to  wreck into the median.

This was on I64 near Parham Road. He had plenty of attention at the time, two of the states finest and a motorist assistant.

Another reason to have a digital camera in your truck at all times.

You could make one of those  priceless jokes about a Ford with one of those.

I kinda feel sorry for the dude though. :chevy:

I did have it with me but, way to much action for me to stop in that area. Maybe next time... :chevy:

I guess that idiot doesn't know that when you have a heavy load you need to put it on a truck with load rated tires, not to mention the springs, axle, wheels, and even more importantly, THE BRAKES! :chevy:

I don't even think I'd put that large of a load on a 3500 dually.  In a trailer, yes.  In the bed NO!
