GMC Bed Rug

Looking for some help on a very specific question on the GMC's version of the Bed Rug. Prior threads have indicated they are made by the same company, but my questions pertains to the 2x4 slits. Does the GMC Rug have cut outs and / or allow for use of these slots? Seemingly the dealer and everyone else who looks at the stock picture can render their opinion. But, does anyone own one and can say for sure?

Its molded so it I believe yes out can use boards/slots. They aren't cut out but its molded in to the bed rug.

i had to cut holes in my gmc bedrug for the anchors to poke through. works great though.
