on star not working

had service replace my onstar unit less than a month ago and its no longer working again. just wanted to know if others with 2015 gmc 2500s are having this problem?

Same issue with my 15 duramax bought in dec on star never worked from get go.they said it was the onstar module waited almost a month they replaced it worked for about a day. Brought it back in for them to tell me module went bad again waited 3 weeks for arrival of #2 module which was installed just about a month ago with no issues as of yet. I was bs, but im glad its only a onstar module and not worse!

rob- did you have any problems with your park assist also or just the on star? first time was just my on star and this time it works for a minute to as long as 30 minutes- before it stops working my park assist off sign pops up.

I bought a 2015 same problem hasn't worked since new, I have 3600 miles on my truck now the roof is leaking taking it on to have then fix both problems

I went in today they told me there was nothing wrong with the OnStar module they called OnStar and they had to redo some stuff on there end, everything works good as of now. The roof leak was the seal from the OnStar antenna I guess they have had a few with bad gaskets.
