2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ bulletins

Recommended Posts

I need some help, I have a brand new 2015 Chevy Suburban with 2 bulletins, 1st for Power Lifegate operations (which has been corrected after 7 times to dealership) and 2nd for Service 4 WD message (which can NOT be fixed at this time), so I am unable to use my 4WD and shut my car off, it will not go back into Auto, which is a habit of mine to just leave my car in auto and it swtich itself (isn't that why the auto is there) . Also I now have 2 water leaks coming in the drivers side sunvisor and drivers side seam. I can not get anyone from GM to help me with this situation. I have spend hours and days working on this and GM will not do anything about it. Has anybody else been in my place and if so please guide me on what do to next or who to email. Thank you so much!!!

There should be a fix for the 4wd issue. But you can use 4wd or auto 4wd all day long if needed, you just have to remember to switch to 2wd before shutting off vehicle. The water leak(s) are probably coming from the onstar antenna. They seem very sensative to outside forces like car washes or snow removal, disrupting how they are seated, then causing a leak. What problem specifically are you having with the liftgate?
