Anyone know whether or not adding CAI and custom catback exhaust would void factory warranty?

No, you will be fine. Other than you will not have the exhaust warranty on the catback or the CAI. Make sure you double check all of your connections on the CAI install so you don't trip any lights.

no, it shouldnt. The CAI or the exhaust will obviously not be warranted by GM anymore.

 

Chances are slim to none, but mod a vehicle and be prepared to have a potential issue issue with the dealer. not saying it will happen, but it can happen.

 

 

CAI is worthless unless your adding headers.

As stated above, no. If an issue arises they have to prove that the mod caused it to void the warranty.

I agree and thats the letter of the law. But unfortunately if they say no warranty, your only recourse is going to be court and then the burden of proof lies on you. They dont have to go to court to say no to covering something.
