i have to fold my mirrors every time to get in my garage and this would be true with any full size truck. my garage is 7 feet wide and i made sure whatever i got had power folding mirrors.

Ok, my garage door opening is about 94" wide by 84" high, now the math may not add up exactly, but I have about 5-7" on each side and 10" above the roof to back my truck in each night. The reason is our house and chimney was built before the garage (added on later) and juts out into my bay. You can't drive in and open the driver's door, so I have to back in. (Wife and her little CRV won't back in...which is crap.)

Anyway, every night, it looks like I'm going to scrape the side off, but it's an optical illusion. I pull the auto folding mirrors in via the button and I'm good to go. This thing is only 1" wider than my Avalanche was, but 8" longer and the fender flairs out wider than I was used to. If I can do it, you can do it...but I do get a thigh massage each night with the driver alert package.

The intro to the doorway...

The completed job...

I have to bump up against my lawn tractor tire, as my garage is 22' x 24'. I then have 2"ish between the front bumper and the door closing. I also wrapped my center post in the garage as to not scrape up my driver's door when I open it. Gotta love a 50 year old house...the station wagon wasn't that big back then.
