I put 33" tires on my truck and tried to level the front turning the torsion bars. I couldn't get it level so I reloaded the keys. I could get it level but the upper control arm is completely against the bump stop on the frame. How are y'all getting these level? Does anyone know if Cognito control arms have a different angle that will let me get stay at this height and not hit that frame stop? Thanks all!

If you are going for completely level you need to go another route. Yes, the cognito arms are made at a different angle to allow for this. Best bet would be to go for a stage 6 kit from them. You will need more than just control arms if you are trying to get 3.5" out of the front end. I personally wouldn't do it because the angles and ride are going to be rough. If you want more than 2" lift up front the best bet would be an actual 4" lift IMO.
