Check engine light on after MAF unplugged

I also changed out the passenger headlight and had to remove the air box. I disconnected the ECM that was plugged into the intake tube and all air box parts. Replaced lights and reinstalled all in reverse order. Check engine light was now on the next day. While the wife was driving, she had performance issues, contacted Onstar and a whole bunch of ECM codes were being thrown that had to do with the air intake. I got home, and while the car was off, unplugged the ECM fully and re-connected. Check engine light was off, and all codes were gone. I contacted Onstar for confirmation and received an all clear.
