Strange Noise in Steering

Would you be so kind as to post a scan of picture of the work order they gave you showing what was done? I'd love to take it to my dealer.

My 15 Sierra 30150 miles went in this morning a clicking sound when turning at slow speeds. Dealer is going to replace the rack and pinion when it comes available because it is on back order. Other issues getting fixed are replace brake booster for squeaking pedal, fuel induction cleaning for engine pinging on 87 gas, and respray of frame for pealing coating.
