12 V accessory plug on lower dash

Does anyone know how to make this powered "on/off" with the ignition, as opposed to always on now?

if you don't have a console there is a fused location free in right side block fusible that work with RAP (retained accessories power)

you have to insert a terminal in the block fuse with a wire then route it to your plug and put away the "always powered" wire
