Things I learned while replacing Power Steering Pump 07+

1. Just because there is a hex head inside the pulley/shaft does not mean there is something to remove. Yes I tried, Yes I failed.

2. Read the directions on how to use the pulley pulling tool first ( dont let your friend do it before )

3. Pulleys are 15$, just replace the damn thing

4. Employ your son to help turn the wrench

5. A 30 rack is just the right amount of beer for "2 Dudes Automotive" to do this job

6. Replace all the belts while your in there, AC belt and Serp belt, cost 40$ total

Took more time and Beer than it should have but it's done.

Then I decided "I dont like the look of chipped paint above my exhaust outlet" So I decided to grind it down and paint it.
Not bad for rattle can.... I'll wet sand it later this week. Might put a few more coats of clear near the line after wet sanding and then do a little more wet sanding then buff it all out. It's a cheap fix for now, but it looks better than chipped paint and rust.
