Hey guys, I recently swapped my front wheels, like moved the left front to the right front and vice versa, and now I have a little vibration when going about 70-75mph, and I'm wondering if its because I swapped them or if I just need a new balance in general. thanks !

Swap them back. You never swap sides. It's always front to back. Belt on tire may have already slipped rolling in wrong direction.

Funny since in the manual for my old truck a 98 Silverado, my current '14 Silverado and my friend's '06 Sierra all say to move the rears to the fronts on the same side but switch the fronts to the rear on the other side.

As for the OP, You may want to undo all of the lugs and re-tighten them and TQ them to the right specs which is 140 ft/lbs. Also says that in all of those manuals so I'm sure as long as it's an 88 to current 6 lug 1/2 ton truck then do the lugs to 140 ft/lbs. Also make sure to always do the star pattern.

Does it say aftermarket tires in that manual ?

I've rotated many sets of tires like that and never had a problem. Both expensive tires and also el cheapos. If a tire is out of balance it's either not completely straight and flat on the hub or the weights moved or fell off or the tire slide on the rim which would go out of balance no matter what side. Simply switching sides won't make a tire out of balance.

I had a bad experience rolling radials backwards. Could have been the tires but I'll never swap sides with radials again.

Yeah I ended up swapping em back and it's way better, lesson learned lol

They are asymetrical by the way, I think they been on there so long I don't need to rotate em ?
