I bought a 2014 Silverado lt 5.3 used from a gm dealership with 17,000 miles I have only drove it around 500 miles bought it a week ago of course it has the factory warranty my question is I have not drove it enough to know if it has the vibration problems if so even though I bought it as a certified used truck truck could I claim a suit and get a buy back if it does have a vibration issue?????

Drive it on the highway, if it has the vibration issue, you'll know. Not sure about a used vehicle and buy backs, someone else might need to chime in on that.

If they sold it to him as a certified truck, then it has the same warranty coverage as a new vehicle for the balance of factory warranty. The only way they could deny the warranty coverage would be if they sold the vehicle with a salvage title (common for vehicles with prior flood issues where insurance pays for the vehicle even if damage is not really apparent and then sells them without any warranty), or without vibration issues warranty specifically stated at the time of sale. This would of course mean that GM would not be able to sell this vehicle as a certified used truck and they would have to sell it at a much lower price.
