Inside leak from AC?

Was on vacation this last week, and the wife told me she was getting water drips on her feet. I checked and the foam (insulation) between the air box and cover was wet and there was evidence of water dripping. Probably wouldn't have noticed on shorter runs, but we were making 500 mile stretches at a time.

 

The water drain tube seems open, dripping water outside. Is there a known issue with the airbox leaking in the cab?
