Looking for a certain kind of Clearance Light

Does anyone know where I can get a clearance light that has a red lens on one end and an amber lens on the other end? It's one assembly, not two seperate clearance lights. They are seen sometimes on the tops of trailer fenders.

Oh yeah, I don't really want LED's, but if I can't find any other kind, I guess they will do. I'd rather have the kind that use the 194, or similar, bulb.

Something like this, I think they are called Canadian spec. fender clearance lights. ???

Don't think I've seen those before. Looked through quite a few websites and didn't run on anything like that.

Thanks for the links. I check Truck-Lites, but the only one they had was kind of big and just didn't look right.
