Fueling problem

I have an issue when I fill my 2012 GMC Sierra up at the gas pumps. It will click off on the lowest notch 10 or so times before I reach 3 gal. Anyone heard of this?

  I just purchased 4 new aluminum wheels. The tech at the chevrolet dealer used a grinder to clean the rotors to make them clean and flat again. the Rotors had been installed 4 days earlier, There is transfer from the aluminum wheel to the rotors.

  I have a 2015 2500 Denali with the same problem. Did anyone find the cause of the problem! Also I had a 2003 Chevy 2500 2 wheel drive that did the same thing.
