Looking for a bumper removal diy

So I got backed into my buddy is a painter for gm and he just needs me to pull off the bottom bumper that the fogs connect to and the small plastic trim above it hoping we have a real simple and easy diy I could follow to remove those bits here's the damage...

Any help is extremely appreciated

I painted my bumper and it did really well. I took everything off. Its really easy to take off. Just take your time. Bumper is not heavy either.

Well trucks getting fixed up today for 60 bucks and a case of beer and didn't need to remove anything happy to know painters... Since we are on a diy topic how do the chrome caps on the side mirror pop off? And id there a thread on how to change the door handles
