Does anyone know where I can get some 3500 taillights? I want to set the back end of my truck apart from the crowd, but don't want to pay the scalpers price from the dealer ($200+  :seeya: ) Anybody want to trade? I'll send you my old set w/o the molding. The are in excellent shape. Thanks

Are you looking for the ones that have the black trim on them?  I looked for some of those for quite a while too, but couldn't find any, other than straight from the dealer, and it was more than I was willing to pay.

I decided on some Auto-Ventshade slotted taillight covers, which were similar, but not as thin as the factory ones.

Here's some pics of them, if interested: Slotted Taillight Covers

Good luck.

I've got a pair of genuine GM 1-ton 3500 tail lamp assemblies, complete with wiring harnesses and bulbs, part numbers 15767590 and 15765791.  These are the lamps that came from the factory on the 3500 trucks with the black mask.  I used them on my Polo Green 2500HD for about 6 months.  I paid slightly over $100 each for them from the local dealership.  I traded the HD but removed them before the trade.  I now have a pewter Sierra Denali and have been considering painting the masks to match the body-colored bed rails that came with the truck.  The black mask just doesn't look right with the body-colored bed rail, tailgate handle, and tailgate protector across the top edge.

I might be persuaded to sell the lamp assemblies, if you're interested.

Thanks for the replies, guys. :flag: SierraHDCC, how about $50 & my old pair? Then you can play around with the lights, maybe using the Auto-Ventshades painted Pewter to match. And if you don't like it, you always have the originals that came on your Denali. Let me know what you think. :)

MountaineerTom, dig the truck and the website  :D  I've been there several times getting ideas for my truck. Cool stuff. :D
