2014 Silverado Backup Camera

Alright guys, I am stumped. I bought my 2014 Silverado LT with the 8" display mylink system in April 2014. I moved across country with it and half way across, the radio glitched and caused a the radio to play the music extremely loud when I got a phone call instead of muting it on the blue-tooth setting. They had me reset it by shutting the truck off and leaving the driver side door open for 1 minute. Since then, I have had a few random issues. This has happened 3 more times since I bought it, reset it and it works again. I have also had times when I will go to put it in reverse and the backup camera wont turn on. If I shut it off and come back 10 minutes later or more then it will work again. Its only a pain because I hook up to trailers a lot. I have gotten used to it but still can get almost spot on without having it work. Has anyone had similar issues or know of what I can do to fix it? I looked around on this forum but didn't see anything. It's random that these things happen so I can't turn it in for warranty work since it will probably work. Any ideas?

I would make sure your truck has the newest firmware update in it, there was a specific firmware update for the 2014 models that addressed this very issue.
