Existing engine battery in Silverado 1500/ 2015 tap in second battery

I just picked up new Silverado and want to install a second battery.

I know about the isolator and required wiring of which is no problem to me.

 

My concern is wiring into the existing battery on the positive terminal. It appears there is no place to tap my new wiring.

 

The cover on the battery with the usable links is there a spare? I hav not removed the snap cover for the fuses.

Any advice or if any one has taped into the existing battery would be helpful

Have a look at a duramax.

 

They ALL have 2 batteries.
