Clicking sound when turning

I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500, and I started to hear a clicking sound coming from the front driver side around the wheel. I only hear it when turning right around sharp turns. Could this be a bad u-joint or something else

Is your truck 4wd? If it is, it could be a axle shaft, cv joint going bad.

Yes it is 4 wheel drive

Forgot to mention that the ABS light came on if that has anything to do with it.

99% sure your CV axle is toast.

clean and re-lubricate the slider pins on the calipers. Easy and cheap to rule those out.
