2013 5.3 6SP Popping Noise Rear End

I'm very mechanical and have a lot of experaince with GM products. My 2013 1500 has 51K and is making a popping noise in hard turns and going over curbs (I work on construction sites). I am very familiar with this generation of 1500s, and had a 2007, 2008, and 2009. All had 100K when I traded and the 2009 had 140K. None ever had this issue but I had a 1997 F-150 that made the same noise. It sounds like something on the rear end leaf springs is sticking.

 

Any ideas?

Common is the auto locker sticking on and having difficulty unlocking automatically. Making you drive in reverse to unlock.
