Garage floor mat

I'd like to spruce up the garage. I park my riding mower and snow blower in the garage. Ideally I'd like almost like a HUGE mat to have under my riding mower and snow blower to catch any oil leakage, etc. even to do an oil change on so that any dripping or fluid spills will be contained. I'm picture an oversized weather tech floor mat (with a lip) but one that is about 15' long by 8' wide.

Any idea where I could find such a thing?

I have my garage coated with G-floor. I bought it through Homedepot.

The rolls I bought are 10x25 I believe.

@66nova... Looks like a sheet like you describe is about $500 or so from Home Depot, does that sound accurate? Did you glue it down or is it simply lay down in your floor? I don't think I will do the whole garage I just want to do the "workbench/machine area "

I have not glued it. It's pretty heavy stuff.

That prices sounds about right. Price changes depending on pattern and color.

Looks great

Thank you!

How well does that hold up to "wrenching"? Looks awesome to park on and maybe do oil changes, but would a jack and jackstands destroy that?

Can't answer that yet. It has great reviews online, but I haven't had any stands on it yet. Dropped a few things and no damage yet.

I plan on using it in my trailer for flooring too.

Place some 2x10 pieces under the jack stands and place some 3/4" decking under the jack when in use.

I've been looking on doing something similar except they are 12"x12" tiles. If you go to www.speedwaytile.com you can see some examples. They look pretty nice and go for about $1.89 per tile on eBay.

I have the same roll out as Black Bear. Originally I was going to go with garage tiles but then realized what a mess it would be if I spilled oil, fluids, etc - it getting down into the cracks and joints between the tiles. I do all my own maintenance so I like the idea of being able to roll up the rubber type mat.

Found some 4' X 6' (horse stall mats) 3/4" thick rubber at Tractor Supply for $34 a piece. May put a few down on my maintenance side of my garage.

Yeah, I have one of those too. I have it in the back of my Sierra. Heavy as hell though. Keeping it there until i figure out what I want for a bed liner.
