Tint scratched on front drive side door

So there is a vertical scratch on my tint. It starts at bottom of window and runs upto 2"-3" below top. The area is right in line with my door Handel and I believe that to be the area of concern. The tint is aftermarket and will cost to have fixed. I want whatever is in there scratching the glass to stop. I have a 2015 lt not sure if I should disassemble or take it to dealership and have them remedy. Any suggestions? Thanks for any input.

is it scratching the glass itself or just the tint? I just had my windows tinted and it ran me $70 - for the $35 to have it done over and eliminate the issue seems like it'd be worth it

Can you see if there is something caught in the weather strip/felt piece where the glass comes out from the door? Sometimes little rocks/sand can get caught in there. Might be an easy fix.
